Retentions Executive, Northenden, South Manchester
This client in Northenden is seeking enthusiastic and target driven individuals to join our expanding retentions department. The role involves contacting customers that may be looking to cancel their services for a variety of reasons. Using objection handling and negotiation skills you will explore the issues leading up to the cancellation request with the purpose of resolving these issues and retaining the services. This role offers excellent variety in the range of issues that advisors will need to discuss and full training on these will be provided.
Direct experience in a customer retentions or sales role is not necessary, but advantageous. Applicants who have gained experience within a call centre, customer services or telecoms background are also welcome to apply. Applicants should be able to demonstrate excellent customer care and service skills, strong organisation and multi tasking skills and a customer focused attitude. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential and target driven, self motivating individuals will thrive in this role
Paying £13k - £15k + bonus + 2 pay reviews per year working Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
