Sales Executive - Cheshire

Key Responsibilities:



• Deliver agreed sales targets by inbound/outbound calling to convert customer leads using the ‘Making Every Lead a Deal’ approach

• Use a professional manner towards customers to provide excellent customer service

• Work to the agreed sales wizard, and perform all duties in line with stated regulatory requirements and standards (BS7799 Information Security, ISO, FSA)

• Cross-selling of other products and services where appropriate

• Promote the Group and its Business Partners in a professional manner to customers and colleagues

• Complete ad-hoc projects as required by the business

• Achieve agreed targets regarding the dialler (logging in/logging out/state of work/call wrap up etc…)

• Ability to interact well within a team environment
