Sales Executive - CheshireKey Responsibilities:
Deliver agreed sales targets by inbound/outbound calling to convert customer leads using the Making Every Lead a Deal approach
Use a professional manner towards customers to provide excellent customer service
Work to the agreed sales wizard, and perform all duties in line with stated regulatory requirements and standards (BS7799 Information Security, ISO, FSA)
Cross-selling of other products and services where appropriate
Promote the Group and its Business Partners in a professional manner to customers and colleagues
Complete ad-hoc projects as required by the business
Achieve agreed targets regarding the dialler (logging in/logging out/state of work/call wrap up etc
)
Experience:

Proven ability to work to targets
Self-motivated
Ability to interact well within a team environment
