Retentions Executive Manchester
We are seeking enthusiastic and target driven individuals to join an expanding retentions department. The role involves contacting customers that may be looking to cancel their services for a variety of reasons. Using objection handling and negotiation skills you will explore the issues leading up to the cancellation request with the purpose of resolving these issues and retaining the services. This role offers excellent variety in the range of issues that advisors will need to discuss and full training on these will be provided. Direct experience in a customer retentions or sales role is not necessary, but advantageous.
