Purchase Ledger Supervisor - Crewe, Cheshire

Our client is looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Supervisor, Reporting to the Finance Manager, to join their team. If you possess a minimum of 12 months experience and have a proven track record within this type of environment from purchase ledger clerk through to Supervisor, this may be the job for you!!!



Can you :-



- Uphold company policies and protect the assists of the business

- Assist the Finance Manager in the running of the purchase ledger department

- Managing a team of 4 purchase ledger clerks

- Day to day supervision of your team including participation in training and performance reviews

- Supervising a high volume of Purchase Ledger invoices

- Supervising payments via different bank accounts

- Supervising the posting of supplier invoices

- Reconciling supplier statements

- Dealing with all escalated supplier queries

- Providing necessary reports as and when required

- Company mobile phone billing system development

Skills in:

- Relationship management

- Team Management / Ability to motivate a team

- Interpersonal and communication skills

- Time Management

- Prioritisation

Experience:

- Experience in working within a finance / purchase ledger department.

- Supervisory experience a benefit

- Accounting software JD Edwards a benefit
