National Sales Manager - Lancashire

INTRODUCTION

Managing a team of Area Sales Managers and some major key accounts you will assist in driving the commercial development of the company and act as the key link between the Directors and the sales activities of the company


JOB SPECIFICATION

Key Responsibilities


You will work closely with the Sales Director to implement key sales strategies involving growing the distributor sales side of the business plus focusing on new strands of the company target area including the new build market.

Your success will be to deliver good performance whilst managing the team in the field and keeping a close eye on developments at head office level.


Requirements

As a professional sales manager you will have experience of managing a quality sales team nationally or regionally. You will have excellent man management skills plus business development and account management skills yourself.

Ideally you will have NEW BUILD INDUSTRY experience and have sold through these channels previously as this is a key vertical market the company want to develop.

You could also come from a waterproofing product background or generalist construction product experience.
