Residential Property Manager - Solihull
My client, an industry leader in the Buy To Let Financial market, require an experienced Residential Lettings Manager to effectively establish a new and exciting business sector on their behalf and reporting to the Head of Group Property Services.
This newly created position will be based in Solihull with a significant amount of time spent with our 3rd Party Agents. With responsibility for our Let Property Portfolio, they will liaise with the 3rd Party Asset Managers, undertake case reviews, spot audits and develop a bespoke in house Property Management System. They will work closely with the Receiver of Rent Administration Team and Regional Surveyors to ensure vital information and details are communicated effectively.
The successful candidate is required to have a minimum of 5 years experience with a clear understanding of residential property management and hold membership to a nationally recognised organisation such as ARLA. This vacancy provides an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated self starter who is a well organised individual, and who possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Key Accountabilities are:
Co-ordinate and follow up property repairs liaising with the Receiver of Rent Team and the in house Surveyor
Work in conjunction with our 3rd Party Asset Managers, developing clearly defined service standards.
Produce comprehensive Management Information
Design and develop a bespoke Property Management System.

Possess strong IT literacy skills
Have a clear understanding of the legal requirements for residential letting
Knowledge of Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO), gas and electrical safety requirements and regulations relating to Landlords furniture.
Ideally the successful candidate will live in reasonable proximity to be able to work between Bristol and Solihull.
