Business Support Co-ordinatorOur client is a market leader in payment solutions and from their busy Mid Cheshire contact centre, they operate a UK helpdesk and customer service function.
Full training is on offer for this challenging role, however our client has specified that previous Customer Service Experience is essential to the role. The successful applicants will also have:
a Professional Telephone Manner
The ability to problem solve and work to procedures
Good MS Excel skills
Excellent Data Entry accuracy and speed
a Confident persona
Good time management skills
a Flexible approach to working days/hours
This role will be based on 36.25 hours based from 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday and will entail working one Saturday and Sunday in four.
