INTRODUCTION

Our client is a telemarketing specialist based in Nantwich. They are looking for Business to Business sales and account management executives to join their busy successful team as this company expands.


JOB SPECIFICATION

Key Responsibilities


Outbound calling business to business to win new accounts whilst managing existing clients

Communication with all clients at all levels

Handling sensitive information


Requirements

Essential:

Sales and / or Customer Services experience

Ability to prioritise different tasks

Ability to meet and exceed targets

Provide accurate reports

Experience in Account Management I.E keeping customers updated

Being able to communicate at all levels from Reception to Managing Directors

Excellent verbal and written skills

Desirable:

Knowledge of Outlook

The ability to read and produce spreadsheets
