Stores AdminMain Responsibilities
- Scanning delivery notes handed in from the various site stores personnel
- Checking delivery notes are only signed by the authorized people and informing a director if they are not
- Carrying out ad hoc spot check to ensure the delivery note details match the goods delivered
- Processing the notes on to the system
- Resolving any queries on the notes with suppliers and staff
- Chasing missing delivery notes to clear accounts queries and informing directors why the notes were missing
- Coordinating delivery schedules with the directors, management and stores personnel recommending
- Reviewing and chasing late deliveries
- Reviewing supplier performance in both paperwork and delivery times, and recommending steps to resolve where necessary to the directors, management and stores personnel
- Miscellaneous admin duties as specified by the directors
Hours of Work: 8:30am-5pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30am-4pm Friday. 35 minutes for lunch 12:55-13:30
