Lettings Account Administrator

Our client is looking for an experienced accounts administrator ideally with a lettings/property background.

Main Duties

• Produce tenancy agreements

• Collate payment files of all relevant information and make initial case payments to landlords.

• Make monthly payments to landlords.

• Collection of late rental payments in line with company policy.

• Release deposit payments.

• Reconcile client accounts weekly.

• Using SAGE Accounting system perform company accounts day to day activities (contractor bills, raise invoices etc).

• Negotiate with landlords the benefits of Rent Guarantee etc.

• Work 1 Saturday per month between 10 till 1.30 on a rota system.

All candidates must have Sage Accounts experience.

The salary will be £15'000 - £16'000 with performance related Bonus
