Production Night Shift Manager - SandbachThe main purpose of the role is the management of the Production Plant/Stores sections to ensure all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Essential Skills Required:
Read and understand Engineering drawings
Previous experience working within an engineering environment is essential.
Excellent managerial/supervisory skills.
Ability to delegate and communicate well with management and staff.
Works well under pressure.
IT literate
Methodical, along with the ability to balance workloads for each area
Good team player with the ability to work under your own initiative
Flexible on working hours
The hours of work will be 38 hour basic and the salary will be £30k + Night shift allowance (This may be increased depending on skills and experience).
